CHANGES IN ARTWORK:
Any changes or additions to the original design or specifications requested by the customer are to be made at customers expense. Overtime due to delays on the part of the customer in providing instructions, copy, art or other items, is at the customers expense.
Must be made no later than 15 days after shipment. No merchandise may be returned without authorization from Clear Images. We are not responsible for inability to fill orders due to strikes, shortage of materials or any other reasonable cause. All damage claims must be made to carrier. Defective merchandise claims must be made within 7 days to Clear Images.
We can ship C.O,D. upon request.
A 1 1/2% finance charge will be applied to all accounts not paid in full within 30 days
All orders are invoiced at time of shipping or pick-up.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS:
We reserve the right to ship and bill overruns or underruns of 5% to 10%.
A black and white paper proof will be furnished at no extra charge. If changes are made, there will be a $10.00 charge for each additional faxed proof. Furnishing a proof requires additional production time.
Price quotes are good for sixty (60) days and are based on continuous and uninterrupted production unless otherwise stated. Price quotes are based on current market conditions and are subject to any Municipal, State or Federal Taxes and Shipping.
Terms are NET 30 days. Clear Images may change or withdraw credit terms at any time, and request a 50% deposit or payment in advance. We also accept VISA & MASTERCARD. Customer will incur any and all charges for artwork prepared and materials ordered for job. Minimum Cancellation Charge $50.00
TOOLS, DIES, SKETCHES, FILM:
When no charge is made for sketches and/or engineering services, all tools, dies, sketches, and film positives, remain in Clear Images possession and will be held for the buyer's exclusive use.
After one year has elapsed since the last order, Clear Images has the right to scrap tools, dies, sketches, or film unless written request by customer to hold is received.
The F.O.B. point is our plant in Ohio. Please specify mode of shipment desired. If no specific shipping instructions are given, the following guidelines will be followed:
1 to 200 lb. United Parcel Service throughout the continental U.S. and Canada. Shipment Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico by UPS Air Service or U.S. Postal Service.
200 lb. and over UPS Hundred weight Service Or Truck.
Unless specific shipping instructions are noted on an order, we reserve the right to ship by the mode we determine to be most desirable..
All orders MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING OR BY FAX. Factory will not accept responsibility for correction or errors on verbal orders/instructions.
