Shipping We use major truck lines including UPS and LTL for most shipments. We can also use your choice of carrier. Our own delivery vehicles are available for overnight shipments within a 500 mile radius of our plant. With our plant located twenty miles south of the Port of Toledo, we are capable of shipping to any location in the United States or around the world. International containers are available from Toledo. In addition, our centralized location allows for economic shipping by air and rail. For additional information, please call 1-800-562-5940. Any materials damaged in route, must be noted on the shipping receipt and at the time of delivery. Customers must call us within 48 hours to report any damage or disatisfaction with quality for consideration of credit or returns. SHIPPING POLICIES: The F.O.B. point is our plant in Ohio. Please specify mode of shipment desired. If no specific shipping instructions are given, the following guidelines will be followed: 1 to 200 lb. United Parcel Service throughout the continental U.S. and Canada. Shipment Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico by UPS Air Service or U.S. Postal Service. 200 lb. and over UPS Hundred weight Service Or Truck. Unless specific shipping instructions are noted on an order, we reserve the right to ship by the mode we determine to be most desirable. |
