There
is no charge for art if you supply camera-ready artwork. If you require custom
artwork (logos, trademarks, special lettering style, borders, etc.), our experienced
staff will be happy to prepare it at a cost of $40.00/hr. This 1 hour cost is
included, free of charge, on initial orders. Additional costs may be incurred
depending on design. All halftones will be reproduced at a 40/45 line screen. PROOFS

paper proof is provided at no cost. Any additional proof changes after the first
will be billed based on the $40.00/hr. art charge. DISCLAIMERS

We regret that due to the rising
cost of materials and other items beyond our control, prices are subject to change
without notice. PRODUCTION
Normal production schedules are noted
on each item and covers the time period after art approval., to the day shipped,
barring any unforeseen circumstances. If you have a rush order, please contact
us; we will do whatever we can to help you meet your deadline. All orders are
subject to a 5% over or under run. REPEAT ORDERS
Please indicate
year previous order was produced and we're happy we can serve you again. Screens
are not kept. Set-up charges will apply to each order. SHIPPING
All
shipping charges are additional. Should damage occur during shipment, contact
us within 48 hrs. TERMS
50% deposit with placement of order and
balance due on delivery of items. UNION LABEL
The union label,
if available, will be printed on all products unless otherwise requested. STANDARD
COLORS
Standard imprint colors are available on all products unless otherwise
noted. Standard colors include: black, reflex blue, peacock blue, emerald green,
fire red, medium yellow and lemon yellow. Fluorescent colors are also available
for an additional charge of $39.00 each and they include green, orange, red or
yellow. Keep in mind that fluorescent colors will fade with time. CUSTOM
COLOR MATCH
$39.00 for each match that is not a standard imprint color,
this includes fluorescent colors. Due to the inherent properties in various materials,
we cannot guarantee exact color matches. Color matching is not available on some
products. LARGE QUANTITIES
